Stephen F Hennessey, of 1230 Matianuck Ave, Windsor, died Thursday at St Francis Hospital. He was born in Hartford, a son of Mrs Abigail Lennon Hennessey and the late William H Hennssey. Hennessey, a veteran of World War II, was a letter carrier for the Hartford Postal District and circulation route manager for the Hartford Times. Besides his mother and his wife, Mrs Marie MacMurray Hennessey, he leaves three sons, John Hennessey, Peter Hennessey, and Stepehn Hennessey, all of Windsor; a daughter, Miss Joan Hennessey of Windsor; Two brothers, William Hennessey of West Hartford and Staff Sgt. Richard Hennessey of Falls Church, Va.; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Bowers of West Hartford and Mrs Anne Clark of Windsor; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Monday at 8:15 a.m.at the Tarlaski Funeral Home, 380 Maple Ave, with a solemn requiem mass at St Gabriel's Church, Wilson at 9. Burial will be in Veterans cemetery, Windsor. Friends may call at the funeral home today and Sunday from 2-5 and 8 -9 p.m. The rosary will be recited at the funeral home at 8 p.m.
