Louise was born in Ashland, WI. She passed away peacefully with her family and devoted friend Rosey at her side. Louise was very outgoing and enjoyed a long and happy life filled with wonderful friends and a large loving family. She was preceded in death by her loving husbands, Andrew Frank Matson, and Frank Hutchins Baum. She is survived by her siblings Robert Svendsen (Mary Anne), Rose Askins, and Shirley Baker. Louise is also survived by her 5 children, Marie Skog (Richard), Constance A. La Coste (Dr. Ellsworth J. La Coste), Albert Tervo (Sandy), Margie Hatton (Dwight), and Peggy Matson (Duane Nelsen), as well as 14 Grandchildren, and 8 Great-Grandchildren. A Memorial service will be held Saturday, March 16th at 11AM at the Clubhouse of the Dalis Gardens Mobile Home Park, 3161 Terraza Del Sol, Concord, California. In lieu of flowers, donations in her name may be sent to the American Diabetes Association.
