Mr. Harold F. Bartz, DSN 0674, was hired by the Saint Louis Metropolitan Police Department as a custodian and primarily worked in the Buildings Division at police headquarters with the exception of time in 1984 when he was detached to the Fleet Services Division (Motor Pool) as a "Motor Service Attendant" from May to October of that year. When Mr. Bartz retired from the Saint Louis police department he had a total of 33.5 years of dedicated and loyal service to the department.
