Joan Palmer Loye Harbaugh was born on July 2, 1926 and died on February 7, 2013. She is remembered for her love of people and animals. Joan and Allan were married for 52 years - until his recent death. Joan was also preceded in death by her mother, Hazel Fleener Loye, her father, Donald Palmer Loye, and her sister , Mary Alice Loye Stumpf. Joan is survived by her nephew Craig Alan Stumpf, and nieces Margot Stumpf Wilcox and Lori Stumpf Valko.
