She had resided in Putnam County since coming from Decherd, Tenn. She had worked many years as a seamstress with J. C. Penney. She was also a wonderful babysitter and child sitter and sat with many children throughout the community. She likewise wrote poetry and read her poems at all church services at Crestwood. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband. Samuel Erwin Warren; her sons, Bill warren and Milton warren; a granddaughter, Lisa Warren.
She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Juanita Warren and Dorothy Warren; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren' her sisters, Winnie Bradford and Evon May of Winchester, Tenn.
No visitation is scheduled.
Graveside services will be Wednesday, Oct. 9 at Palatka Memorial Gardens with C. L. Overturf Jr. officiating.
