{{Be it remembered that, where as I wish to make ample provisions for my wife, Ann during her natural life time that I do hereby commission and appoint my son, Elijah Turner as trustee to see to the taking care of my said wife, Ann during her natural life time. I do vest in him the said Elijah Turner for her use one hundred fifty acres of land including the mansion house where I now live, also one negro girl, Gin, two cows and caves, all household and kitchen furniture, one bed, farming tools, one horse, wagon and harness all of this property specified I vest in my trustee for the sole use and benefit of my said wife during her lifetime and after her death to be sold and equally divided after all persons are paid among part of my kin namely, Drury Turner, Elijah Turner, Silvira Byas, Edward Turner, William Turner, James K. Polk Turner and Sarah Gibson.

Where as I have given to my other children here-to-for what I allowed for them having made the forgoing arrangement for my said wife and I will that the balance of my property not specified be sold by said trustee and equally divided among Drury Turner, Elijah Turner, Silvira Byas, Edward Turner, Matthias Turner, William Turner, James K. Polk Turner, Sarah Gibson and Francis Morris to have two hundred dollars. The balance of my children having received what I have allotted for them.}}
