Services for Mrs. David (Carol Joan) Wood, 53, 1130 E. Lincoln Ave., [Sapulpa, Oklahoma] are set for 1 pm Thursday at Green Hill Mausoleum Chapel, [Sapulpa] with the Rev. John Bliss officiating.

Burial will be at Green Hill [Memorial Gardens] Mausoleum, [Sapulpa] under direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Mrs. Wood died Monday [September 24, 1984] at St. John Medical Center, Tulsa, [Oklahoma]. She was born in Preston, Okla., and was a Sapulpa resident all of life.

Survivors include her husband, David of the home; sons, Ronnie Wood of the home and Darrell Gantz of Sapulpa; daughters, Sandra Graham of Sand Springs, [Oklahoma] and Kristi Downing of Sapulpa; mother, Ethel Fox of Sapulpa; brother Earl Fox of Broken Arrow; sisters, Patti Dethloff of Dallas, [Texas] and Dorothy Gregory of Tulsa; and six grandchildren.
