-Jemima (1836-1858), who married Woodson Wharton of Guilford County. She and their son John Reed Wharton are buried here.
-Mary Elizabeth (1838), who married John B. Blackwell of Caswell County.

"Elizabeth Reed professed Religion Octr 16th 1842 and was baptised by H. Tatum on Sunday the 7th April 1844.
"Jemima Jane Wharton daughter of Alfred and Elizabeth Reed departed this life June 15th A.D. 1858.
"Mrs. Elizabeth Reed wife of Alfred Reed died December 4th 1885 at Dr. S.A.Powell in Reidsville N.C."
