OBITUARY

MRS JANE MEANS - May 19, 1899

Mrs. Jane McFarland Means died at 1:35 last night at her home in Cameron. She had been in poor health from a complication of ailments for a long time. The funeral will be held Sunday at the Christian church in Cameron. Miss Jane McFarland was born in Kentucky March 16, 1822. She came to this state 65 years ago and it has since been her home. She married Hardin D Wallace April 22, 1841,and he died Sept 12, 1851. May 25, 1854, she married Russell Means and he died Aug. 20,
1870. Several children survive her.
