Services for Mrs. Nettie Jones Bridger, 92, of Ruston will be held graveside at 2 p.m., Monday, March 16 at Greenwood Cemetery with the Rev. Danny Wood officiating. Services will be under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Ruston.
Mrs. Bridger died March 13 at Lincoln General Hospital following a brief illness.
Mrs. Bridger was retired from the Lincoln Parish School System after having been a school teacher for 40 years.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Stuart Bridger and a son, Robert D. Bridger.
Survivors include her daughter, Martha Ann Bridger of New Mexico; five grandchildren, Stuart Dyson, Annette Bleakly of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Sue Dyson of Wichita, Kansas, John Dyson of West Grove, Pa., and Jeffrey Bridger of New Orleans. Mrs. Bridger is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation hours will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today and 9 a.m. till noon Monday at the funeral home.
