Died 7:15 p.m. Sunday, August 6, 1989, at Baton Rouge General Medical Center. She was 83, a native of St. Helena Parish and resident of Baton Rouge. Survived by a daughter, Mrs. S.C. (Marie) Thibodeaux, Greenwell Springs; four grandchildren, Rickey and Terry, Greenwell Springs, and Michael and Chuck, Baton Rouge; a great-grandson; seven great-granddaughters; numerous nieces and nephews; and many friends. Preceded in death by husband, Davis B. Durnin; parents; two sisters; and five brothers.Funeral arrangements are incomplete at Welsh Funeral Home Guardian Chapel.
