Albert Goodin or Boyd as he was known, was born in Ashland, Maine to Abraham and Bridgett Manuel Goodin in 1922. The family moved to Bridgeport Connecticut soon after. Boyd married Marie Bartram Goodin in 1951. They had two daughters, Lynn and Gail and one grandson, Douglas Clark one great-grandson Thomas Boyd Clark.
