Leana Stockmaster
Leana A. Stockmaster, 80, of North Auburn Road in Tiro died May 30 at her home.

She was born Jan. 1, 1910, in Bismark and lived most of her life in the New Washington Area.

Mrs. Stockmaster was a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church in New Washington, The Altar Rosary Society, LCBA and the Golden Agers.

She is survived by three daughters, Clara M. Nolan of Shelby, Pauline Kehres of Tiro and Bertha Mason of New Washington; two sons, Harold Stockmaster and Jerome Stockmaster, both of New Washington; 20 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Agnes Stockmaster of Bellevue.

Mrs. Stockmaster was preceded in death by her parents, Jacob and Catherine Wise Daniel; her husband, Henry J. Stockmaster; and five sisters, Cecilia Daniel, Emma Zellner, Mary Frisch, Olevia Klaus and Edith Karl.

Services were held Saturday in the St. Bernard Catholic Church by the Rev. Robert DeSloover. Burial was in St. Bernard Catholic Cemetery.

Secor Funeral Home, New Washington, handled arrangements.
