Trent — Frank Lewis Moore, 65, died Sunday, March 17, 2013 in a local hospital.
Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. on Friday, March 22, at Trent United Methodist Church with Reverends Norman Patton and Rex Mauldin officiating, directed by Starbuck Funeral Home.
Frank was born Dec. 19, 1947, in Schenectady, New York to Jesse Carl and Ouida Agnes (Johnston) Moore. He was a member of the Trent United Methodist Church and a full brother of the Order of St. Luke. He was a member of the Sweetwater and Big Country Emmaus Community. Frank was a corrections officer for TDCJ for 12 years and also served as the Republican chairman of Fisher County.
Survivors include two sisters, Gwen Moore of Lakewood, Colo. and Carla Gauger and husband John of Odessa, Del.; brother, Andy Moore and wife Carol Ann of Hooks; an aunt; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
