Miss King, a former Bucklin resident, died November 22, 1953, at the General Hospital, Denver, Colo. Miss King, Daughter of Anna Naomi Swearington and William Curtis King, was born August 22, 1874, in Bedford, Iowa. The family moved to Bucklin in 1887. A Brother, Levie King, died in infancy, and a half-Sister, Zra (Wilmoth) Townsend, died August 13, 1945. Miss King leaves a niece, Mrs. Maxine DeCannierre, of Louisiana; and a nephew, Roger Townsend, of Nutley, N.J.
