Karen Weatherwax, 66, of Twin Falls, passed away Monday, March 11, 2013.

She has gone to join her little angel son, Scott; and her mother, Mabel Peck. She is survived by her loving husband, Mike; two beautiful daughters, Libby and Jill; grandson, River; loyal dog, Repo; and siblings, Brent, Tink, Tim and Dawn Petterson.

She was the daughter of Chuck and Mabel Petterson, born March 20, 1946. Karen and Mike were married in 1968 and enjoyed 45 wonderful years together. They loved to go hunting, fishing, camping and on road trips with each other. She was a champion archer, taking state when she was in high school. She will always be remembered for her generosity and exceptional talents. She had a passion for design, which is reflected in her beautiful home. Her doors were always open, and she was "mom" to everyone. She will be greatly missed.

A memorial will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, March 23, at the Tribes Warehouse, 302 Fourth Ave. S. in Old Towne Twin Falls.
