1905 Rochester she is listed living as a housekeeper. Her father, Ambrose and her half-brother, Stephen Jared Corey were also living here, Stephen was attending a Seminary and later became a very well known Minister.
05 Apr 1910 Rochester NY Minta married John Shannon born Ireland, son of James and Mary Baker Shannon. Their was a son, Herbert J. Shannon born 1911 to their marriage. We have no information on him past 1920.

Mrs. Arminta R. Shannon
Funeral services for Mrs. Arminta R. Shannon, wife of John Shannon, took place yesterday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the home, No. 86 Limmet street. Rev Albert W. Beavers, minister of Lake Avenue Baptist Church conducted the services.
The bearers were John, Thomas, David, William, Richard and John Shannon.
Interment was made in the family plot in Mount Hope cemetery, where the final blessing was given by Rev. W.S. Teaple, assistant minister at Lake Avenue Church
