Roland Kendall, 69, died Sunday afternoon in Pulaski Community Hospital.

Born in Kankakee, 111., the son of the late Frank Kendall and Florence Reed Kendall, he was the manager of the Red Carpet Inn.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Thelma Large Kendall; one son, C.R. Kendall, Atlanta, Ga.; one daughter, Mrs. Linda Eads, Cheyenne, Wyo. Also one brother. Rex Kendall Chattanooga, Tenn.; two sisters, Mrs. Ethel Renegar and Mrs. Rose Slack, both of Chattanooga, Tenn., and three grandchildren.

The funeral will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. from Thomas M. Seagle & Sons Funeral Home, with the Rev. John K. Boyd officiating. Burial will follow in the Lynnhurst Cemetery, Knoxville, Tenn., at 4 p.m. Visiting will be any time today, and the family will receive friends from 7 until 9 p.m
