Goodland Cemetery Records:

Name: Mrs. Blackburn
Interred next to Thomas Blackburn

PUBLISHED: THE FORT WAYNE EVENING SENTINEL, THURSDAY, JUNE 8, 1899
Mrs. Thomas K. Blackburn died yesterday afternoon at the home of her son James Blackburn, at 51 East DeWald Street. Mrs. Blackburn was eighty-four years of age and death resulted from the effects of a stroke paralysis which she sustained about one year ago. Mrs. Blackburn came to Fort Wayne to reside about five years ago and has been making her home with her son. The surviving children are Mrs. Ada Abbott, of Cherryvale, Kas.; Mrs. William Wandle, of Ligonier; Norval, William and Robert Blackburn, of Decatur; James Blackburn, Mrs. J.P. Gray and Mrs. William Glenn, of this city, and Mrs. Peter Crane, of Earl Park. The remains will be shipped to Goodland, Ind., for burial.

Mrs. J.P. Gray is her daughter Jane
Mrs. William Glenn is her daughter Francis who was first married to the name, Wright.
Mrs. Peter Crane is her daughter, Emily.

Note: June 12, 2015 - death certificates researched for Ann and 3 of her children. I'm trying to find out a true 1st name and maiden name. I've found that no maiden name was given for Anne, neither is her name listed for the 3 children's death records that I chose (James, Ada, Emily).
