G Bus Linn, 83, OKC, died Sunday, Dec 10, 1995, of heart failure. Bus was born Oct 4, 1912, in Bowlegs, OK, to George N and Cora Linn. He married Velma Doty in 1935.

Bus was a veteran of WWII, serving in the Navy. After the war, he worked as general manager of Andy Anderson's Sporting Goods.

In 1956, he joined Star Manufacturing Co, where he worked until his retirement in 1982. While at Star, he received the Distinguished Salesman Award in 1966 and 1972, and surpassed $1,000,000 in annual sales several times in his career.

Bus was a master fisherman and hunter, and taught many of his friends and family the sports that he loved.

Bus is survived by (excerpt) his loving wife; a daughter, Julee Norris; 3 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and a sister Virginia Davis; as well as a large number of other family and close friends.
