Blountsville, Alabama - Ella Jean Walker Sharpe went to her heavenly home November 22, 2012 after an extended illness. She was born in Gadsden, AL.
She was predeceased by her parents, Velma Shirey Walker and Johnnie Walker. She is survived by her husband, Robert G. Sharpe, formerly of Ocala; and daughters Leigh Sharpe, Pinson. AL.; and Kimberly Lewandowski, Blountsville, AL.; granddaughter, Sydney Gosnell, Clarksdale, Tennessee and grandson Samuel Lewandowski of Merritt Island, FL.; two brothers and one sister.
A Celebration of Life service was held December 1st, 2012 at the Blountsville Baptist Church. The family has asked that any donations offered be made in Ella Jean's name to either the MRSA Research Center at the Univ. of Chicago Medical Center or the Blountsville, AL. Fire Rescue.
