VINCENT, Myra Miller, age 95, died Saturday morning, secure in her love for God. She was predeceased by her husband, Clinton Vincent, a retired City of Richmond PD Lieutenant and Magistrate; and her daughter, Lisa Vincent Knick.

Myra was born in Petersburg on October 4, 1917, the oldest of four children. She and Clinton married in 1936 and lived near Forest Hill Park for many years. Myra retired as a bookkeeper at Dibert Valve and Fitting. The Vincents were long-term members of Oak Grove Baptist Church. After moving to Lake Anna in 2010, she met new friends in Christ at Elk Creek Baptist Church. Myra leaves many loved ones behind to celebrate her life, including her son, Clinton Vincent Jr. and his wife, Kate Killham; two adoring grandchildren, Alison Knick and Jared Vincent; and one great-granddaughter, Shayla Knick.

Visitation is Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m. and the funeral is Thursday at 12 noon, both at Bliley Funeral Home, 6900 Hull Street Rd., Richmond, with burial to follow at Maury Cemetery.

After the burial, the family invites you to attend a reception celebrating Myra's life, details to be provided. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Oak Grove Baptist Church, 3801 Beulah Rd., Richmond, 23237, or Elk Creek Baptist Church, 5916 Kentucky Springs Rd., Mineral, 23117.
