Ricky Allen Key, 55, of Leesburg, GA, died Thursday, March 14, 2013, at Willson Hospice House.
Graveside services will be held Sunday, March 17, 2013 at Leesburg Cemetery at 3:00 p.m. Rev. Melvin Slappy will officiate.

A native of Metter, GA, Mr. Key had lived in Leesburg most of his life. He was a member of Kinchafoonee Baptist Church. He worked in the fire sprinkler industry most of his life as well as other odd jobs and was employed with Key Fire Protection Services in Augusta, GA. He enjoyed spending time with family, watching NASCAR, and a good glass of sweet tea. Mr. Key was preceded in death by his father, Benjamin Key, brothers, Timothy Wayne and Ben Key, and a sister Gwynell Baldwin.

Survivors include his mother, Janie Odom of Leesburg, six brothers, Gregg Key and his wife Amy of Augusta, GA, Gene Key and his wife Nan of Fayetteville, GA, Al Key and his wife Glenda, Calvin Key and his wife Luanne, Fred Key all of Kissimmee, FL, and James Key and his wife Jana of Fort White, FL, four sisters, Teresa Rayburn and her husband Greg of Leesburg, Rebecca Hunter and her husband Roy of Leesburg, Juanita Miller and her husband Ted of Kissimmee, FL, Carol Branson of St. Cloud, FL, a sister-in-law, Marilyn Key of Fort White, FL, and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends following the service at the cemetery.
