Mrs. Juanita Pauline Collins, 74, of Eldorado, passed away at 6:50 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 23, 2007, at Ferrell Hospital.
She was the widow of Lewis C. Collins.
Juanita was born in New Haven on March 14, 1933, the daughter of the late William Francis and Minnie (McPherson) Price.
She was a member of Star General Baptist Church in Eldorado.
Before she retired she worked as a manager at The Pantry Store in Sturgis, Ky.
Juanita is survived by three daughters, Judy P. (James) Jackson of Eldorado, Holly Hudson of Lexington, Ky. and Shannon Rudd of Henderson, Ky. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Juanita is also survived by two sisters, Alice (Dean) Feazel of Eldorado and Peggy (Plez) Collins of Caseyville, Ky.; and a brother, Herschel (Addie) Milligan of Butterfield, Minn.
In addition to her parents and husband, Juanita was preceded in death by a daughter, Ellen Collins and brother, Clinton Price.
Graveside services will be held at Old Bethel Baptist Church and Cemetery, Sturgis, Ky., at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2007, with Mark Jackson officiating. Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2007, at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home Chapel.
