Judith Ann Phillips, 51, of Waynesboro, died March 19, 2006, at her home.
She was born in Waynesboro, Feb. 7, 1955, the daughter of Elizabeth Carter of Waynesboro and the late William David Carter.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, James Phillips; her son, Jamie Phillips; her daughter, Jennifer Phillips; her sister, Deborah Lee Via, all of Waynesboro; and four grandchildren.
A gathering of family and friends will be held at 1316 Hamlet Ave., Waynesboro, from 6-8 p.m. March 23, 2006.
