Cyriel C. Ranschaert, 76, of 429 S. Wellington St., died July 7 in his home. He was a retired self-employed electrician. He was born in Belgium, coming to South Bend from Belgium 67 years ago.
Surviving are two sisters, Martha Easterling of Tucson, Ariz., and Erma Schaut of South Bend; five nieces; and four nephews.
He was a World War II veteran, a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 153 and former president of the South Bend Stamp Club.
