Billy Joe Bien, of Round Rock, Texas, passed away at the age of 51. He was born in Georgetown, Texas, on November 11, 1961 to parents Doris (Jones) and Thomas Jefferson Bien.

Billy graduated from Round Rock High School in 1980 and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.

He is survived by his mother, Doris Bien, of Round Rock; brother Tommy Bien of Austin; sister Ima A. Howard, of Georgetown; nephews Lester Bartz, of Georgetown, Rickey Bartz, of Florence, Jimmy Bartz of Holland, and Doug Bartz, of Georgetown; nieces Carla Eserini, of Pflugerville, and Misty Bartz, of Florence; great nephews Aaron D. Bartz of Fort Worth, Daniel Bartz, of Georgetown, Kyle Bartz, of Georgetown, Ricky Bartz, of Pflugerville, and Raymond Fonceca, of Georgetown; as well as numerous great-great nephews and nieces.

Preceding him in death are his father, Thomas Jefferson Bien, of Round Rock, and sister, Bettie Radney, of Houston.
