Mr. Duvall was born on October 7, 1931 in New Windsor, Maryland. He graduated from New Windsor High School. Mr. Duvall was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and a retired crane repairman.
Graveside services was held at Union Hill Cemetery in Hayesville, NC with Rev. Mikey Youngblood officiating. Arrangements by: Junior E. Flanigan of Flanigan Funeral Home and Crematory, Buford, GA.
