John Sollie "Shorty" Alderman, 65, of 204 Denby St., died this morning at Radford Community Hospital.
He Is survived by his wife Ora Mitchell Alderman, two daughters, Mrs. Dean Flinchum, Radford, Mrs. Agnes Bishop, Arlington; one brother, A. D. Alderman, Danville; one half-brother, Charlie Alderman, Marlon; ten grandchildren.
Funeral services wlll be at 3 p.m. Thursday at the Church of God, Rev. J. G. Houck officiating. Burial will be In Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin The body is at Seaver-Sanders Funeral Home
