Illness of Five Days Results in Death Late Sunday Afternoon.

Mrs. Sarah Ella Rigg, wife of W.B. Rigg of Asbury Chapel vicinity died Sunday evening at 5:30 after an illness of five days.
She was a daughter of George James and Rebecca Champman Sharp and was born in this county near Asbury Chapel on May 10, 1871. At the time of death she was aged 61 years, 9 months and 2 days. She was married to W.B. Rigg at the Sharp home on April 10, 1910. Surviving are her husband,, two foster children, Mary Sue Chapman and Esther Jane Chapman; four step-children, Mrs. Beulah Smith, Mrs. Maude L. Hare, Mrs. Mary A. Ramsey and Granville Rigg; and one brother, Fred Sharp, of Mount Carmel. Her father, mother, two brothers and one sister precded her in death.
Mrs. Rigg was a member of the M. E. church at Asbury Chapel. She had all of her life been a resident of this state.
Funeral services will be held at Asbury Chapel on Tuesday, February 14, 1933, at 2 p.m., in charge of Rev. James Harper, assisted by Rev. Clodfelder and burial will be in Rose Hill cemetery.
