Louise Wilson, 87, of Sparta, passed away March 10, 2013, at NHC Healthcare of Sparta.
Ms. Wilson was born Dec. 5, 1925, in Putnam County, to Sidney Kirk Wilson and Mary Belle Kinnaird Wilson.
She was a retired office worker at Wagner and member of Cumberland Heights Church of Christ. She was an avid reader and enjoyed crafting.
Ms. Wilson was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Harold Kirk Wilson, George Shag Wilson, Robert Emmett Wilson; sisters Donella Wilson Dodson, Lillian Wilson Hale; and nephew James Harold Wilson.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m., March 16, 2013, at Hunter Funeral Home, with burial in Highland Cemetery. The family will receive friends 11 a.m.-2 p.m., March 16, at the funeral home. Doug Downs will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the White County Public Library.
