Barbara J. (Toney) Shinn, 76, of Indianapolis, passed away Wednesday, May 21, 2008. She was a graduate of Shortridge High School and was member of the "49ers".
Mrs. Shinn served as a teacher's aid for many years with Indianapolis Public Schools. She was born in Indianapolis, the daughter of Harmon and Margaret (West) Toney.
Barbara is survived by David Shinn, Carol Shinn, grandsons, Joshua Shinn Nicholas Shinn, and great grandson, Javen Shinn, and Victoria Charlton.
