Gayle Anderson Kirk Bamesberger passed peacefully Sunday, March 10, 2013 in Alpine, Utah.
Her daughters and sons-in-law and granddaughter, Sami, gathered to be with her through this passage.
Gayle was born in Tooele, Utah November 12, 1920 to Emma Alice Bevan and William Richard Anderson. She married Wayne Cassity Kirk January 28, 1938 in Farmington, Utah, which was later solemnized in the Logan temple.
Gayle was known for her sense of humor and listening ear. She loved to travel, play golf, oil paint and do handiwork. She had a varied business career and was a charter member of the American Business Women's Assn. She also enjoyed years with the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers.
Gayle is the last of ten children. Her siblings, son, Gene, and husbands, Wayne Kirk and Herbert Bamesberger preceded her in death. She is survived by daughter Linda Liddle (MO), Kathleen Black (IN), Janet Gunderson (Saratoga Springs, UT), and Lisa Horton Chidester (LaVerkin, UT). She loved her family which includes 18 grandchildren and 53+ great-grandchildren.
Friends and family may call at 9:30 a.m. prior to the funeral service at 11, Thursday, March 14th at 300 Long Drive, Alpine, UT. Interment will be at Murray City Cemetery.
