Duane Allen, 79, went home to be with the Lord on March 8, 2013.
He was born January 15, 1934 in Millstone, W. Va., to Giles and Leota Allen. Duane was an Army veteran. He retired from Universal Materials with 12 years of service and was a dedicated member of the Uniontown Chapel of Faith.
Duane is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Irene; sister, Karen West; and many other dear relatives and friends.
Visitation Monday from 12 noon until 2 p.m. at the Uniontown Chapel of Faith, where funeral service will immediately follow at 2 p.m., with Pastor Jack Coontz officiating. Burial at Uniontown Greenlawn Cemetery where military services will be conducted by Mogadore VFW Post 8487.
