Albinita Margaret Alcon, 79, died Saturday evening December 12 at the High Plains Baptist Hospital in Amarillo, Texas.

The daughter of Luis and Barbara Alcon, she was born March 7, 1913 at Wagon Mound, New Mexico.

Owner and operater of Alcon's Snack Bar in Roy, New Mexico, for several years, she retired in 1967. She moved to Guymon from Clayton, New Mexico in 1986.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Luis Alcon; one grandson, Raymond Madrid; one granddaughter, Lucy Sandoval, and one great-granddaughter, Shannon Madrid.

Survivors include one son, Lorzeno Rael of Guymon; two daughters, Helen Madrid of Guymon and Lisa Vargas of Guymon; 14 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren

Prayer services will be conducted Tuesday, Dec. 15, at 7:30 p.m. from the Bunch-Roberts Chapel. Funeral mass will be conducted Wednesday at 2 p.m. from the St. Peter's Catholic Church with Father John Vrana officiating. Interment will be in the Elmhurst Cemetery under the direction of the Bunch-Roberts Funeral Home of Guymon.
