FANWOOD — Funeral services for Mrs. Lucy DiMiceli Vasi, 65, of 69 Woodland avenue, who died last Wednesday in Muhlenberg Hospital, Plainfield, were held Saturday morning at the Higgins Home for Funerals, Plainfield.
A Requiem High Mass followed in St. Bartholomew the Apostle Church. Interment was in St. Mary's Cemetery, Plainfield.
Mrs. Vasi was born in Palermo, Italy, and had lived here 30 years.
She is survived by, her husband, Frank Vasi; a son, Frank E. Vasi of 69 Woodland avenue; a daughter, Mrs. Michael Muselli of 76 Woodland avenue; a brother, E. Edward DiMiceli of Wood Ridge; four sisters, Mrs. Henry Basile of 74 Woodland avenue, Mrs. J. LaGamina and Mrs. Leonard Basile, both of Ossining, N.Y., and Miss Josephine DiMiceli of 1851 Old Raritan road, Scotch Plains; and three grandchildren.
She was a member of St. Bartholomew the Apostle Church, Scotch Plains.
