Shirley Ann (Morrel) Jeanson, 77, from Midwest City, passed away March 1, 2013, at her home.
Shirley was born July 13, 1935, in Tecumseh to John and Zula (Moon) Morrel.
As a student at Macomb High School, she was an enthusiastic player on the basketball team and continued her love as a fan of the sport throughout her years.
Shirley is preceded in death by her parents John and Zula Morrel; husband, Norman Jeanson; son, Kevin Paul Jeanson; and one brother, John William Morrel.
She leaves behind to cherish her memories three brothers, Jim Morrel and wife Sue of Harrah, Reece Morrel and wife LaReta of Tulsa, Robert Morrel and wife Suzanne of Green Valley, Ariz.; three sisters, Doryce Livingston and husband Lewis of Midwest City, Joyce Allen and husband Jim of Midwest City, Karol Cheatwood and husband Bryan of Choctaw; and numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m., Friday, March 8, at Hibbs Funeral Home, Choctaw, with burial to follow at Fairview Cemetery, Shawnee.
