Deloris Cockrell passed away Tuesday, March 15, 2005, in Farmington. She was born March 10, 1917, in Sarcoxie, Mo.
Deloris was preceded in death by her husband, Audrey Cockrell, March 14, 1980. She was also preceded in death by her parents, James Evert and Talitha Lynn; as well as her sister, Velma Lynn.
She is survived by her children, Jim Cockrell and wife, Shirley, Klista Tanner and husband, Dave, and Koleen Martinez, all of Farmington, and Karen Gjeruldsen and husband, Kaare, of Sarcoxie.
Deloris leaves behind cherished grandchildren Karla Fenix, Kirsti Hess, Kyle Gjeruldsen, Luke Tanner, and Jeremy, Summer, and Seth Martinez; and great-grandchildren, Clay Fenix, Audrey Hess, Evin Martinez, and Karsten Gjeruldsen.
Graveside services and burial will be Sarcoxie Cemetery in Sarcoxie, Mo. Arrangements are being handled by Weng Funeral Home of Jasper, Mo.
Special thanks to Dr. Clifford Clark for outstanding care, and to Linda Witham for providing comfort and love to our mom.
