She was the daughter of Elder Benjamin Parker. He was the son of Elder Daniel Parker who founded the Pilgram Bapist church in Elkhart Texas. When Daniel no longer was pastor of the church Benjamin took over as pastor. She married Elder Samuel Philip Pikin who was also a Bapist preacher. I remember that he had several churches that he preached at. The one name I remember is at Tomball,Texas. She was the mother of Walter ,Clyde and Benjamin . She was a loving grandmother.
