Blanche M. Allen, 90, of Fort Wayne, a member of West Creighton Avenue Church of Christ, died Thursday, Sept. 9, 1999, at Parkview Hospital. The Ivesdale, Ill., native worked for General Electric Co. for more than 40 years. Surviving are several nieces and nephews.
