Mrs. Laura L. Wells Rites to Be Thursday
Funeral services for Mrs. Laura L. Wells, 65, of 1856 S. Parkwood Lane, will be at 10 a. m. Thursday at Broadway Mortuary. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Wells died Monday at her home. Born Jan. 2, 1891, in Oneida, Kan., she came to Wichita in 1946 from Marysville, Kan.
She was married to Ernest Wells on July 1, 1908.
Survivors include her husband; one daughter, Mrs. John T. Ward, 2332 S. Emporia; three sons, Royal B., 4241 Dover, Howard R., 4712 Victoria and Donald E., of the U. S. Navy; and two brothers, Richard Sawyer, Topeka, and Bert Sawyer, Council Grove, Kan.
