A memorial service for DeLoris Kruse, age 82 of Bozeman, MT and formerly of Tyler, will be Thursday, May 23rd at 2 p.m. at Danebod Lutheran Church in Tyler.
Burial will be in Danebod Cemetery.
She died Friday, January 4th at Gallatin Rest Home in Bozeman, Montana.
DeLoris Irene Kruse was born to Robert and Clara Hintz on January. 27, 1930 in Tracy. She attended school at Tracy Public School and graduated in 1948.
DeLoris married Douglas Gustafson while he was serving in the military. This union was blessed with 3 children.
On October 7, 1961 she married Arild Kruse. This marriage was blessed with 1 child.
They lived on a farm in rural Tyler until 1981 when they moved into Tyler. They were caretakers for Morning Sun and New Vista Apartments in Tyler. They both also worked at Swift's in Marshall for a number of years.
In 2001 Arild died and in 2008 DeLoris moved to Nampa, Idaho to be closer to her daughter ReeAnne. In 2011 she and ReeAnne moved to Bozeman.
DeLoris was a member of Danebod Lutheran Church in Tyler. She was also a member of Hope Afternoon Club and the Tyler Red Hat Society. She always enjoyed visiting with her family and friends and cherished all of the people who she came in contact with.
DeLoris is lovingly remembered by her sons Rory Gustafson of Galva, Kansas; Ryan Gustafson (Bonnie) of Salem, Oregon; daughter, ReeAnne Lemons of Bozeman, Montana and son Ron Kruse (Sherry) of Champlin, Minnesota. 9 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Arild Kruse and Douglas Gustafson.
