Mrs. Ruffie Whitley Winters, the daughter of Mr. Mills Whitley and Mrs. Georgia Bishop Whitley, was possessed of the kindest, most gentle, and most loving spirit. She sincerely loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
