He was born July 2, 1920 in Carroll, Iowa. His parents Ines and Ernesto Marcucci, were from Lucca, Italy. Al retired in 1973 from the Glendale Fire Department after serving 23 years. He served the U. S. Navy during World War II as a Lt. JG Engineer.

He is survived by his wife, Adell; son, Albert L. daughter, Cheri. Four step children; Debbie, Jackie, Kathi and Guy. Together they had 9 grand children, 6 great grand children and one great great grandson. Lots of nieces and nephews. And many friends.

Al loved his family very much and was always there to help his kids remodel or build something. While living in LaCrescenta he built several homes. There was nothing he could not do and was always busy creating something. He loved to camp and fish. Al had a great sense of humor or "dry wit". He will be missed by all who were fortunate to know and love him.

Our Dad is in Heaven now, probably helping Jesus work on those pearly gates. Rest in Peace. Funeral services pending at Riverside National Cemetary. Arrangements by LietzFrace Funeral Home, Lake Havasu, AZ.
