Maxine Z. Moore died 21Feb2013 [Thursday] at age One Hundred, after a long and caring life. She was born in West Virginia in 1912, and was predeceased by her husband, Cedric L. Moore, in 1949. Grammie is survived by her daughter, Dawn Davis; and son-in-law, Jay Davis; her granddaughter, Krista Davis; and her husband, Antonio Dias; plus her special great-granddaughter, Anna Katherine Diaz. Maxine retired as a practical nurse from Patrick Air Force Base in 1982. Maxine and her best friend Betty Frank, were active members in the Pink Ladies at Holmes Regional Medical Center for eight years. Maxie's family thanks and appreciates the loving and professional care she received on A Wing at West Melbourne Health and Rehabilitation Center. There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
