Anna Adele Anderson Gardner, loving wife, mother, and grandmother, 88, died Monday, July 1, 2002, in Brigham City. She was born January 4, 1914, in Bear River City, a daughter of Carl Gustave and Margaret Hutchinson Anderson.

She married Franklin Elden Gardner, June 14,1933, in Ogden. The marriage was solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple, June 5, I935.

Anna was reared in Bear River City and educated in Brigham City. She had lived in Corinne, Elwood, Tremonton, Bear River City, and Brigham City.

She was a nurse at the Tremonton Hospital for 12 years. She loved to crochet, hand embroidery, and made beautiful dolls.

She worked in the Sunday School, Primary, MIA and Relief Society and was a member of the Brigham City 15th Ward.

Anna will be remembered for her love of her family and her interest in their activities and friends.

Surviving are three sons and two daughters and their spouses, Frank and Mary Gardner, Bear River City; Dallas and Dorothy Gardner, Smithfield; JoAnn and Jerald Gordon, Ogden; Terry and Barbara Gardner, Richfield: Karla and Scott Pella, Garland; 20 grandchildren; 81 great grandchildren; 28 great great grandchildren; one brother, Everett Anderson, Corinne.

Preceding her in death were two grandsons, one granddaughter, three sisters, and three brothers.

Funeral services will be held Friday, July 5, 2002, 11:00 a.m. At the Bear River LDS Chapel, 6780 North 4700 West, with Bishop Hal Probst, officiating. Friends may call Thursday, July 4th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Rogers and Taylor Funeral Home, 111 North 100 East, Tremonton and Friday, July 5th from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. at the Bear River Church.

Interment will be in the Bear River City Cemetery.
