Clara Mae Andresen, 73, a resident of the Alliance Home, 770 S. Hanover St., died Saturday in the Carlisle Hospital.

She was born in Indiana and was the daughter of the late Elwood and Lela Price Blann.

She was active in the ministry of Christ and Missionary Alliance Churches. She was a member of Beaver Falls Christian and Missionary Church.

She is survived by her husband, the Rev. Daniel Andresen; two daughters, Esther Weidemann, Hong Kong; Priscilla Hagen, Beaver; a son, David Andresen, Springfiled (sic), Ill; two sisters, Margaret Knapp, Roanoke, Va.; Vera Olsen, Waynesboro, Va.; two brothers, the Rev. John Blann, Watsontown; William Blann, Brookville, Fla.; and eight grandchildren.

Services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. from the Alliance Home Chapel with the Rev. R.S. Jarrett officiating. Burial will be in the Kutz's Cemetery.

Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home, 219 N. Hanover St., is in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the Missions Memorial Wing of the Alliance Home, 770 S. Hanover St., Carlisle.
