In doing general research in the Chipman-Berry Cemetery, I came across Eliza's memorial and the HCMO online cemetery record shows her parents were William and Elizabeth Courts Taylor. It shows too that she was first married to Jacob A. Horning in 1836 (you are showing him as her father) and her second marriage was to (Rev.) Jeptha Moore Kelly. When you read Jeptha's bio, it states he married Eliza (second wife) in 1855. It seems she was last married to a Lawrence S. Berry (mem #10589755) in 1866 (see cemetery record for him in Chipman Cem). Lawrence Berry's record shows he and Eliza had a child named Lawrence R. F Berry. Eliza's mother, Elizabeth Courts Taylor, (mem# 10589737) also has a record in the online Chipman cemetery record, showing Eliza Ormsby as a daughter. I was unable to find a record for her father, Maj. William Taylor. The cemetery record shows her name as Eliza Ormsby Taylor Horning Kelly and since her marker is shown as Kelly, your memorial would be valid (per FAG rules) even though she was last married to a Berry.
