CALDWELL Elijah "Pete", beloved husband of 65 years to Hazel (Mayes); Father of Mary Ann Hayden, Sandra Toothman, and Ricky (Karen) Caldwell, and the late Stephen "Cad" Caldwell; Grandfather of five, and Great Grandfather of 11; Brother of Frances Haubner and Lois (Jack) Burks. Pete was a lifetime member of the VFW Gaily Post # 7340 and he retired from Formica. Pete passed away Wednesday, June 20, 2007, age 85. Resident of North College Hill. Visitation will be Saturday, 9 A.M. to 11 A.M. at NEIDHARD GILLEN FUNERAL HOME, 7401 Hamilton Ave., Mt. Healthy, with services to follow at 11 A.M. Burial will be in Crown Hill Memorial Park.
