Paula lived most of her life in or near Georgetown, Indiana. She was married to her high-school sweetheart, G. Larry Neff on August 28, 1965, and they had three children: Mary Ellen (Hall) (b. 8/17/1966), Jeffrey Lynn Neff (b. 10/22/1969), and Lisa Ann (Payne) (b. 2/4/1971). At the time of her death, she had four grandchildren; Cortney Moye & Corey Payne, and Kyle and Danielle Hall, and two great-grandchildren; Jamie and Lane Moye.
